How fresh are the candies?
All our candies are fresh with plenty of shelf life remaining. We regularly rotate our stock to ensure optimal freshness.

Do you have allergen information?
Yes, allergen information is listed on each product page and product package. Common allergens in Swedish candy include gelatin, dairy, and wheat. Please check individual product descriptions.

Orders & Returns

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Please contact us immediately if you need to modify or cancel your order. Once shipped, we cannot make changes, but we're happy to help before then.

What is your return policy?
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on candy products unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if there's an issue.

What if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us with photos within 48 hours and we'll make it right.
